I recently stayed at the W Miami, and overall, it was a decent experience, but I encountered a mix of positives and negatives. The staff, including Iza at the front desk and Joseph at the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. However, I was disappointed with the added fees on meals and cocktails, which felt excessive. My room was spacious and well-appointed, but I did notice some issues like lackluster carpet and the need for better towel sizes in the bathroom.
